TERMS AND ORDER POLICY

US Shipping: $6-$7 Flat Rate
Overweight US Shipping (12+ lbs): $18
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Although we will always try our best to package your order and ship it the next business day, please allow 2-3 days for normal processing time.
Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class for items weighing less than 15oz. Customers will receive tracking information once their orders are shipped out.
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 15 days for a refund, exchange or store credit on regular priced items. All sale items may only be returned for an even exchange or store credit.Shipping charges are not refundable. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Please allow 48 hours for the system to process your return request. You will receive an email once the return is approved, and instructions on how to download your return label if one is provided.
We allow you to change the size of items if you are not satisfied with your size . Please carefully review your order prior to checking out for convenience.
Exchanges are welcome if you receive a defective product or if you would like to switch out an item size with respect to stock availability. Items must be in new condition and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds/Returns are allowed if you receive defective product within 15 days of receipt.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If days have gone by since you received your purchase (based on tracking), we can’t offer you store credit, an exchange, or a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our customer service reps. To return your product, you should mail your product to our address below and provide us with a tracking number so we can confirm it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a return authorization.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
